I loved that we were just a short walk from Banff Avenue, which had plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants like The Keg Steakhouse not far away. The access to beautiful parks was a definite highlight of our stay.

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights in a spacious Superior 2 Queen Room, and the little kitchenette was super handy for late-night snacks! The hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring, even though we didn't have time to try out the sauna. One small hiccup was parking, as the spots are a bit tight, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience! 😊

Excellent location and spacious room
We stayed for 4 nights with my two daughters in a spacious Superior 2 Queen Room, which was fantastic for our needs. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to downtown Banff where we found great restaurants and shops. The room's little kitchen area was a nice touch, and the beds were super comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, I'm not a fan of the lack of breakfast options.

The spacious Superior 2 Queen Room made for a comfortable stay, enhanced by powerful air conditioning and a recently refurbished bathroom with a delightful shower. The pet-friendly environment was a major plus, along with free parking and the convenience of being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. However, the heat in the room was inadequate, and some noise disturbances from staff in the hallway disrupted our peace.

Good staff support during check-in.
The room was stifling hot, making it hard to sleep. I had to leave the windows open, which brought in unbearable noise from traffic. The absence of a closet was ridiculous. where was I supposed to hang my clothes? Plus, the noise from the hallways felt like a herd of elephants trampling through all night long.

I liked the location a lot. It was right in the heart of Banff, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My room felt spacious, and having a kitchenette was really convenient for preparing snacks. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Staff members were friendly and always willing to help. However, I faced some issues. The WiFi connection was unreliable, which made it tough to get work done. The air conditioning in my room was pretty noisy, and I had difficulty adjusting the temperature. Also, I noticed some dust in the corners and on the furniture, which could definitely use a good clean. Overall, I think there's potential here, but some improvements are definitely needed.
